No Way! It’s a guy that’s pining for a girl that is with someone else. And thinks the current dude is a douche. I think it’s a love song.
The “waiting on the next to be with you” does have a slutty implication….

I dunno – the whole “you can be on top for once” thing does make it sound like she’s slutty…and probably puts out for drugs. I assume that’s what the greens and blues are…unless she’s doing all the football teams?
I heard this song as muzak in the grocery store once. It was very amusing how many people were singing under their breath as they walked the aisles.
