First, let me say that I went into this movie with incredibly low expectations. They weren’t low enough. It speaks volumes that one of the most entertaining parts of this movie, for me, was when an underwater zombie started gnawing on Michelle Rodriguez’s derriere…and that was only because it made me laugh, loudly and inappropriately. Two of the other seven people in the theater actually gave me dirty looks for my raucous outburst. Apparently, it wasn’t meant to be funny.
As with most video-game based films, there are some decent fight scenes and some interesting special effects. Although this movie is severely lacking in plot line and character development, it does try to compensate with eye candy, stunt work and bondage themed costuming. Anyway, as is customary, check out the video for a quick summary of my thoughts.

Note to the editor: I will concede that she is not the reason this movie fails. She is still smokin’ hot for somebody who is half a year older than me.
She is flawless. FLAWLESS!
She is flawless but less than picky about her script choices. Ultraviolet, anyone?
