Handiedan is an artist known for sculptural hand-cut collages. Her Pin-Ups are sensual combination of post war pin-up images and yellowed sheet music, old fashioned playing cards, money, stamps and other carefully selected symbols to form a treasure trove of decorative detail. These are not Pin-Ups that stop at T&A. Her latest works focus on Quantum Physics, Cosmology, and Sacred Geometries. Very much like Ernest Chiracka Handiedan does not use an actual model but instead assembles anatomical parts to create a cheerfully sexy creature suited to the intricate background they live within.
She also does not feel the need to confine her pin-up art to small canvasses.
