What motivates you to do what you do?
I want to make YOU feel something. I want to make you scream “DON’T GO IN THERE YOU STUPID BITCH!!!” when you see me on screen. I want to make you anxious and scared.
Who is your favorite woman who does what you do?
I have a ton of favorites, I especially gotta shout some love to Amber Burns and Whitney Benson after the year we’ve had together.
If you had one wish for women in your space in 2020, what would it be?
I don’t need to wish, we’re gonna set the world on fire.
Share a practical tip for a woman who wants to do what you do.
Don’t compare yourself to others, concentrate on you and making it happen. When you are faced with other women on a production instead of making them rivals make them your friends and lift each other up. There’s room enough for everyone.
Inspire someone who is not where they want to be in the industry yet.
You’re already doing it, you may not be where you want to be, but look at how far you’ve come!
What scares you?
The idea that I don’t know any directors or producers in Japan and I’m moving there… this month.
What projects do you have coming up?
Waiting on Teacher Shortage, Zomboner 2, Remnants, and a few others to release!
