“Elvgren Girls” was the nickname given to pin-ups drawn by Gil Elvgren. He had a long career that included advertisements for Coca Cola and General Electric but he’s best known for pin-ups where the subjects are in humorous situations. Skeet shooting, yard work, climbing trees an Elvgren girl always had a personality even if her stocking tops and garters were exposed.
