We are proud to present the first short horror film production from Superficial Studios: Trophy Room. Written by Le’Keisha Williams, Trophy Room tells the story of a fervent collector who is proud of the unique treasures he is amassing. Our own Andrew Hass and Kynda Laufmann directed the film.

Trophy Room is the first short horror film written by by Le’Keisha Williams, Directed by Kynda Laufmann and Andrew Hass, with Seneca Smith as Director of Photography.

Superficial Studios along with Lost in the Woods Productions proudly offers opportunities to aspiring artists who might not otherwise have their voices heard. Horror needs a constant supply of new blood and more of it needs to come from women, POC, and the LGBTQ communities.

    Gave me chills! David reminds me of an old manager I had once. Which upped the creep factor for me – just an average guy. Who collects women. Excellent short film – great work y’all!

    I really love what Superficial Studios is doing with these projects: giving opportunities to those who otherwise might not have the opportunity to create films. Loved hearing that more movies are already lined up and I hope Andrew and Acadia know just how much their earnest efforts are valued in the indie horror community.
